Minimum Order Quantity

We have made wholesale easy; you don’t need to wait long for your order as we have stock available at our warehouse in the UK, our minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is only 16 pairs, this can be a combination of any design, colour or size to ensure that you have a variety of styles and sizes to offer your customers.

Wholesale Pricing

Our wholesale price structure is designed to offer a competitive rate to stockists. By purchasing in bulk, you can take advantage of discounted prices, which allows you to maximize your profit margins.

Order Placement and Processing

To enquire about how to place an order simply drop us an email at wholesale@greywalkshoes.com and one of our team members will get back to you at earliest.  our team will reply with a wholesale purchase page link where you can see our catalogue and place an order right away, once your order is placed our team will process it immediately. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the size of the order and stock availability, but we normally aim to fulfil your order the next working day. 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer reliable shipping options for all wholesale orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. We will provide you with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your order.

Our delivery lead time is within 3 working days which means from order to delivery only takes 2-3 working days. 

Returns and Exchanges

As a stockist, it is important to familiarize yourself with our return policy. We don’t offer refunds on wholesale orders but we are happy to exchange any size, colour or design - subject to stock availability. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the items. Additionally, all items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.
