We offer free standard delivery for all orders however for any return or exchange the postage charge has to be paid by the customer.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item.
All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.

Returns Processes

To return an item, please email customer service at care@greywalkshoes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (please include a copy of your proof of purchase and your return form we will provide you with) and return it to the following address.
