To obtain a full refund your must adhere to the conditions in our returns policy.

Greywalk offers a hassle free refund. To obtain a full refund your must adhere to the conditions in our returns policy. To obtain a full refund you must:

  1. Notify us by email within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. You must provide us with a copy of the original “proof of purchase”
  3. The item must be in an unused and new condition.
  4. All original tags must be attached.
  5. Any branded exterior packaging must be undamaged and complete.

If all the above conditions are met, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product at our warehouse.

The amount will then be returned to your account within the following 5-7 working days by your bank, the refund will be returned to the same card/account used for the original purchase.

Greywalk fashion (UK) LTD has no control over repayment terms once a refund has been issued to your associated bank account.
