REFUND POLICY

Greywalk offers a hassle free refund.

To obtain a full refund your must adhere to the conditions in our returns policy.

To obtain a full refund you must :

  1. Notify us by email within 28 days of your receiving your item.
  2. Your return must be postmarked within 28 days of you receiving your item.
  3. You must provide a valid RMA number.
  4. You must have completed the returns form in full.
  5. You must provide us with a copy of the original “proof of purchase”
  6. The item must be in an unused and new condition.
  7. All original tags must be attached.
  8. Any branded exterior packaging must be undamaged and complete.

If all the above conditions are met, we will issue a full refund within 24 hrs of the item being received.

The refunded payment will then be returned to your account within the following 5-7 working days, the refund will be returned to the sae card used for the original purchase.

This is set by our payment partners, Greywalk fashion (UK) LTD have no control over repayment terms once a refund has been issued.
